Twiki has found a funny pointed hat which he is proudly wearing. Twini wants to try but Twiki prevents him. He admires himself in the mirror and is very pleased with himself. Suddenly a witch appears. She wants her hat back but Twiki refuses to return it. The witch then turns Twiki into a frog then disappears. Looking at himself in the mirror Twiki faints. Twini graps the witches spellbook and recites a spell that turns Twiki into a mouse. Twiki is very angry. Twini panicks and reads a new magic formula that Twiki turns back into a frog. The narrator suggests that Twini should give Twiki a kiss to break to spell. But Twini runs away in disgust. Twiki turns back into his usual appearance.
